Advisable’s Risk-Free Guarantee
Overview:
As part of our commitment to our clients, Advisable offers an 8 hour risk-free trial for all new projects: if you’re not 100% satisfied, then Advisable will pay the freelancer out of pocket and identify another freelancer for you.
What does this mean for you as a Client?
How do I assign a trial task?
I’m not 100% satisfied – how do I get my money back?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your freelancer’s work, please follow these steps:
1. Click “Stop Working” and/or let your Advisable account manager know ASAP (and always within 3 days of task commencing)
Advisable will only cover the first 8 hours of work, so it is your responsibility to provide a timely update to ensure that the freelancer does not work beyond this point.
2. Complete a short feedback form
We will ask you to fill in a short feedback form (we use the results of this form to determine whether the freelancer behaved in a professional manner that warrants Advisable paying them out) to rate your freelancer from 1 to 5 (strongly disagree to strongly agree) across the following metrics:
A final word on our Guarantee
We expect clients to behave in a professional manner and engage in the recruitment process in a way that is respectful of freelancers’ and Advisable’s time.
We appreciate that not all client/freelancer matches will be a success, and this guarantee is designed to mitigate that.
However, we do not tolerate any lapse in the professionalism of our clients or freelancers. In the event of a dispute, clients who do not adhere to Advisable’s professional expectations will not be refunded and will be removed from the Advisable platform.
