Based on my success with previous B2B projects, I decided it was best to break their audience into customer segments that we could build hyper-targeted funnels around. These funnels included creative and informational advertising tailored to each customer segment. Working with both their executive and sales team, we came up with four consumer segments to target. I went back and mapped out an SEM strategy that would funnel each customer segment from a cold lead to a happy customer, who would eventually refer new leads to the company. Using this hyper-targeted approach along with constant growth hacking, this company's cost per lead has decreased by at least 30% each month. In addition, because this strategy involves educating the lead, their sales team is closing leads much more efficiently. Their close rate was 7%, it is now 12% and climbing.

Objective:
Generate leads for a multinational company that operates in the high tech 3D scanning field.

Methods:
I have used Google Ads to bring leads for the company, namely on the Search, Display and Video networks, on Desktop as well as Mobile. I have worked with all ad formats to ensure the presence of the company on all channels.

I have developed numerous scripts to automate multiple processes (e.g. Automated budget management, Automated Ad management based on statistical significance, Search query analysis, Automatic display placements analysis). This has allowed me to bring results that the average Google Ads manager cannot attain. I also have experience working with the Adwords API. Languages used: JavaScript and Java.

Results:
In the last months:
- Number of leads increase by 161.50% (2.6x more leads) in already highly competitive markets.
- CPA reduction by 65% (leads 65% cheaper than last year).
- Ad coverage all over the world and in 5+ languages.
