- Create a plan (P&L) based on data to personalise the messaging, creative drafts, landing pages and persona of each of the campaign
- Build a brief including all insights gained on the initial analysis
- Plan and Coordinate all stakeholders involved on the project making sure everyone have their own update and responsibilities are briefed clearly.
- Managed the weekly meetings to make sure every step of the campaign was up to date and issues were identified and fixed on a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage the launch of each of the campaigns
- Develop and implement a KPI report to monitor and optimize the campaigns accordingly.
- Plan a series of A/B test campaigns to optimize Media Spend and improve user journey on the campaign
