We're seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to lead paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Taboola, with a focus on driving data-driven eCommerce performance. You'll collaborate with creative, operations, account managers, and product teams to translate data into growth and innovation.
Lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn & Taboola
Use market data and analytics to shape targeting, bidding, and performance direction
Manage eCommerce performance — ensuring data accuracy, product feed health, and strong ROAS
Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with clients, translating insights into growth actions
Continuously analyse results and recommend improvements for performance and budget efficiency
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviours to identify new growth opportunities
Develop A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Collaborate closely with creative, operations, account manager, and product teams to align media with brand goals
Explore AI-driven optimisation tools and automation to scale performance impact
Mentor and support junior marketers, building a performance-first mindset across the team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a digital agency or fast-scaling brand
Strategic mindset with the ability to design and lead full-funnel performance strategies while remaining hands-on in execution
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, including advanced targeting, lookalike modelling, and audience segmentation
Proven experience in eCommerce performance, product feed optimisation, and scaling high-ROAS campaigns
Strong command of data & attribution, including GTM, GA4, and data-driven attribution models
Ability to continuously set up and optimize campaigns across channels, budgets, and creatives for maximum efficiency
Skilled in competitor and industry trend monitoring, turning insights into actionable media strategies
Capable of budget forecasting, performance reporting, and media mix optimisation across platforms
Proficient in A/B testing frameworks, creative iteration, and landing page optimisation
Comfortable analysing results through Looker Studio or other BI tools and translating them into growth recommendations
Experience leading monthly or quarterly client meetings, presenting insights and performance roadmaps aligned with business KPIs — revenue, ROAS, LTV, and acquisition cost
Awareness of AI-driven marketing tools and automation for scaling and efficiency
Leadership experience — mentoring junior marketers and driving knowledge-sharing within the team
Curiosity for market data, innovation, and emerging performance trends, aligned with Advisable's Venture Studio approach
